All meetings are to be held in the Supervisors Office, 200 E Bridge St, Elkader, Iowa, unless otherwise stated. The board meets on Wednesday from 9 AM to 4 PM. Non scheduled time is spent in workshops or available for public comment limited to 10 minutes per individual. Each meeting agenda includes approval of previous meeting(s) minutes.

- Be committed to the safety of others. Make the effort to help friends get home safely.
- Know the person you are dating. Meet new people in public places. Date in groups.
- Be aware of your surroundings. Whenever possible walk with a group of people or a friend.
