Zoning Board of Adjustment Agenda

There will be a Zoning Board of Adjustment Meeting on Tuesday, May 17, 2011 beginning at 7:00 p.m. on the top floor of the Clayton County Office Building. The agenda will consist of the following items:

1. Approval of the minutes from the March 15, 2011 Zoning Board of Adjustment Meeting.

2. Hearing of the following appeal: At the request of Daniel & Jennifer Cornwell, for property described as (Approximately 7 acres located in Section 25, T92N, R5W, Cox Creek Township, Clayton County, Iowa). For the purpose of granting a variance to the ordinance requirements to permit them to build closer to the county right of way.

3. Old Business.
