Motion by Walke, seconded by Gibbs, to approve the audit report for fiscal year ending June 30, 2004. Ayes: Walke, Meyer, Gibbs
Motion by Gibbs, seconded by Walke, to sign the contract and bond with Reihm Construction for project L-1627(1). Ayes: Walke, Meyer, Gibbs
Motion by Gibbs, seconded by Walke, to approve resolution #8-2005. Ayes: Walke, Meyer, Gibbs
Resolution # 8-2005
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of Clayton County, Iowa, that the County Auditor be directed to advertise for bids on the following project:
Project 2005-R-1 Approximately 120,000 tons Class “A” Crushed Stone for various roads in Clayton County. Sealed bids will be received until 11:00 AM, April 29, 2005, at the office of the County Auditor of Clayton County in the Courthouse in Elkader, Iowa.
Motion by Walke, seconded by Gibbs, to approve the quarterly fee reports of the County Auditor, County Sheriff and County Recorder. Ayes: Walke, Meyer, Gibbs
