Motion by Gibbs, seconded by Walke, to approve resolution #24-2005 regarding department appropriation changes for FYE June 30, 2006. Ayes: Walke, Meyer, Gibbs
Resolution # 24-2005
WHEREAS, it is necessary to make appropriation changes to the various departments for the legal expenditure of funds due to adjustments,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of Clayton County, Iowa, that the following appropriation changes are made to the respective department for fiscal year ending June 30, 2006, as presented in the following table:

A public hearing on the preliminary plat of Blondie Hills Estates was held. The minutes and preliminary plat was available for inspection. No objections were heard. Motion by Walke, seconded by Gibbs, to approve the first reading of the preliminary plat of Blondie Hills Estate. Ayes: Walke, Meyer, Gibbs
The County Attorney and the Board of Supervisors reviewed the current zoning and subdivision and proposed changes which will be forwarded to the Planning & Zoning Commission.
