Present: Larry Gibbs, Wayne Bockenstedt, Randy Keehner
Motion by Keehner, seconded by Bockenstedt, to purchase a motor grader from Martin Equipment for $237,750 and a motor grader from Ziegler for $274,440 and sell the used motor graders to Mid Country Machinery for $103,600 and $100,300 respectively. Ayes: Gibbs, Bockenstedt, Keehner
Motion by Keehner, seconded by Bockenstedt, to enter into an agreement for provision of services with Cost Advisory Services, Inc. for an indirect cost study covering fiscal years ending June 30, 2008, 2009, and 2010. Ayes: Gibbs, Bockenstedt, Keehner
Motion by Bockenstedt, seconded by Keehner, to approve the minutes of December 12, 19 and 26, 2007. Ayes: Gibbs, Bockenstedt, Keehner
