Meeting of the Board of Supervisors at their office, 200 E. Bridge St., Elkader, IA.
Present: Larry Gibbs, Wayne Bockenstedt Absent: Randy Keehner
Motion by Bockenstedt, seconded by Gibbs, to approve a $1,200 annual salary increase for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2007 for Janet Ott, Health & Zoning Administrator. Ayes: Gibbs, Bockenstedt
Nancy Yelden, VNA, discussed the financial status of her program. She was requesting an amendment for the current fiscal year. The time for amending has past. An agreement for $80,000 of funding for fiscal year ending June 30, 2008 was signed.
Motion by Bockenstedt, seconded by Gibbs, to switch health insurance carriers from Auxiant and Medical Associates HMO to the Iowa Governmental Health Care Plan of Wellmark, Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Iowa effective June 1, 2007.

Motion by Bockenstedt, seconded by Gibbs, to approve the minutes of April 23 and May 4, 9 and 16, 2007. Ayes: Gibbs, Bockenstedt
