Motion by Gibbs, seconded by Keehner, to approve the request for proposal for audit services for fiscal years 2008 through 2010 from Hacker, Nelson & Co., P.C. Ayes: Gibbs, Bockenstedt, Keehner
Motion by Keehner, seconded by Gibbs, to approve renewal of a native wine permit for Clayton County Conservation Board. Ayes: Gibbs, Bockenstedt, Keehner
Motion by Gibbs, seconded by Keehner, to appoint Lee Embretson to the Clayton County Pioneer Cemetery Board to replace Lawrence Fox who passed away. Ayes: Gibbs, Bockenstedt, Keehner
Motion by Keehner, seconded by Gibbs, to sign a contract with Taylor Construction for a bridge replacement on Colesburg Road. Ayes: Gibbs, Bockenstedt, Keehner
Motion by Gibbs, seconded by Keehner, to approve a contract for employment as shop foreman with Trampus Thornton. Ayes: Gibbs, Bockenstedt, Keehner
