Present: Larry Gibbs, Wayne Bockenstedt, Randy Keehner
The board approved claims for
payment.
Bob and Ralph Livingston
discussed a proposed easement between Bob and Stefflers to gain access
to his property.
Linda Orr, County Treasurer, asked the board to forgive penalty on the tax payment of
Gail Olson whose payment
envelope was postmarked September 28, 2009, and just received now. The
board agreed to forgive the penalty.
