Present: Larry Gibbs, Randy Keehner Absent: Wayne Bockenstedt
Motion by Gibbs, seconded by Keehner, to approve the quarterly report of
fees report from the County Auditor, County Sheriff and County Recorder.
Ayes: Gibbs, Keehner
Motion by Gibbs, seconded by Keehner, to authorize the chairman to sign
a memorandum of understanding (MOU-2010-CO22) with the Iowa Department
of Public Health for a substance abuse grant for fiscal year ending June
30, 2010.
Ayes: Gibbs, Keehner
Motion by Gibbs, seconded by Keehner, to authorize the chairman to sign
the contract and bond with Manatt’s for seal coating project L-SC 2009.
Ayes: Gibbs, Keehner
Motion by Gibbs, seconded by Keehner, to authorize the chairman to sign
the master contract with the sheriff and secondary road departments for
fiscal year ending June 30, 2010. Ayes: Gibbs, Keehner
Motion by Gibbs, seconded by Keehner, to approve the minutes of June 24,
2009 and July 1, 8 and 15, 2009. Ayes: Gibbs, Keehner
