Present: Larry Gibbs, Wayne Bockenstedt, Randy Keehner
Motion by Gibbs, seconded by Bockenstedt, to forgive penalty on Robert
Sass’s property tax collectible in FY 2009 who through no fault of his
own missed payment of a parcel that he purchased from Paul Goedken.

Motion by Gibbs, seconded by Bockenstedt, to approve the minutes of
September 30, October 7, 14, 21 and 28, 2009. Ayes: Gibbs, Bockenstedt,
